Shipping insurance is recommended at the purchasers cost in addition to above noted costs as Jersey Vault Inc. will not be responsible for any lost or damage merchanised during the shipping process.

We have a return policy, which is if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow the return instructions and when the return process is fully completed then a refund or credit will be given towards our stock. 

1. Please contact Jersey Vault Inc. via e-mail at sales@jerseyvault.com for your Authorized Return Number.

2.  Jersey Vault Inc. must receive your return item within 30 days from your original order date, as any returns received after 30 days will be returned to you.

In order to receive refund or credit, you are required to:

Return the merchandise in the original carton and packaging.  Mark the shipping carton clearly with the Authorized Return Number.
All applicable certificate(s) of Authenticity must be returned with item.
Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund or credit that is issued. 
NO REFUND CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE MISSING
